Welcome to Stokita. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Stokita iOS application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Stokita is a warehouse and inventory management application designed for small businesses. It lets you track products, manage orders and customers, record expenses and purchase invoices, and collaborate with team members.
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use Stokita. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Apple ID used to sign in, and for all activities that occur under your account.
Stokita offers free and paid plans:
Auto-renewal: Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly, depending on the plan you choose) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Managing and cancelling: You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings (Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions). Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
Refunds: Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's refund policy. We do not process refunds directly.
Pricing: Current pricing is shown on the subscription screen within the App at the time of purchase. Prices may change in the future; any price change will apply only to new purchases or renewals after the change.
All data you enter in Stokita (products, customers, orders, images, etc.) remains your property. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display this data solely to provide the service to you and your authorized team members.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you upload. You must not upload content that infringes intellectual property rights, contains malware, or violates any applicable law.

You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account from within the Settings screen. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
Stokita is a tool to help you manage inventory; it is not a substitute for professional accounting, tax, or legal advice. Always verify your business records independently.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Stokita or its developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated in-App when possible. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising out of these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts of Turkey, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your place of residence.

Stokita'ya hoş geldiniz. Bu Kullanım Koşulları ("Koşullar"), Stokita iOS uygulamasının ("Uygulama") kullanımını düzenler. Uygulamayı indirerek, yükleyerek veya kullanarak bu Koşulları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız. Kabul etmiyorsanız Uygulamayı kullanmayın.
Stokita, küçük işletmeler için tasarlanmış bir depo ve envanter yönetim uygulamasıdır. Ürünleri takip etmenize, sipariş ve müşterileri yönetmenize, gider ve alım faturalarını kaydetmenize ve ekip üyeleriyle çalışmanıza olanak tanır.
Stokita'yı kullanabilmek için en az 18 yaşında veya bulunduğunuz ülkedeki yasal yaşta olmanız gerekir. Giriş için kullandığınız Apple ID'nin gizliliğinden ve hesabınız altında gerçekleşen tüm etkinliklerden siz sorumlusunuz.
Stokita ücretsiz ve ücretli planlar sunar:
Otomatik yenileme: Ücretli abonelikler, mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği takdirde her fatura döneminin (seçtiğiniz plana göre aylık veya yıllık) sonunda otomatik olarak yenilenir. Ödeme, satın alma onayında Apple ID hesabınızdan alınır.
Yönetim ve iptal: Aboneliğinizi istediğiniz zaman Apple ID hesap ayarlarınızdan (Ayarlar → [adınız] → Abonelikler) yönetebilir ve iptal edebilirsiniz. Uygulamayı silmek aboneliğinizi iptal etmez.
İadeler: İadeler, Apple'ın iade politikasına uygun olarak Apple tarafından gerçekleştirilir. Doğrudan iade işlemi yapmıyoruz.
Fiyatlandırma: Güncel fiyatlar, satın alma anında Uygulama içindeki abonelik ekranında gösterilir. Fiyatlar gelecekte değişebilir; fiyat değişikliği yalnızca değişiklikten sonraki yeni satın alımlara veya yenilemelere uygulanır.
Stokita'ya girdiğiniz tüm veriler (ürünler, müşteriler, siparişler, görseller vb.) mülkiyetinizde kalır. Bu verileri yalnızca size ve yetkilendirdiğiniz ekip üyelerine hizmet sunmak amacıyla saklamamız, işlememiz ve görüntülememiz için bize sınırlı bir lisans verirsiniz.
Yüklediğiniz içeriğin doğruluğundan ve yasallığından yalnızca siz sorumlusunuz. Fikri mülkiyet haklarını ihlal eden, zararlı yazılım içeren veya herhangi bir yasayı ihlal eden içerik yüklememelisiniz.
Aşağıdakileri yapmamayı kabul edersiniz:
Uygulamayı istediğiniz zaman kullanmayı bırakabilir ve hesabınızı Ayarlar ekranından silebilirsiniz. Bu Koşulları ihlal ederseniz erişiminizi askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz. Fesih üzerine, Uygulamayı kullanma hakkınız sona erer ve verilerinizi Gizlilik Politikamıza uygun olarak silebiliriz.
Uygulama, belirli bir amaca uygunluk, doğruluk veya ihlal etmeme dahil ancak bunlarla sınırlı olmamak üzere, açık veya zımni hiçbir garanti olmaksızın "OLDUĞU GİBİ" ve "MEVCUT OLDUĞU KADAR" sağlanır. Uygulamanın kesintisiz, hatasız veya tamamen güvenli olacağını garanti etmiyoruz.
Stokita envanter yönetiminize yardımcı bir araçtır; profesyonel muhasebe, vergi veya hukuki tavsiyenin yerine geçmez. İşletme kayıtlarınızı daima bağımsız olarak doğrulayın.
Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, Stokita veya geliştiricisi, Uygulamayı kullanımınızdan kaynaklanan veya bununla bağlantılı olarak dolaylı, arızi, özel, sonuç niteliğindeki veya cezai zararlardan ya da kar, gelir veya veri kaybından hiçbir durumda sorumlu tutulamaz. Toplam toplu sorumluluğumuz, talepten önceki on iki ay içinde bize ödediğiniz miktarı aşamaz.
Uygulamayı ve bu Koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Bu Koşullardaki önemli değişiklikler mümkün olduğunda Uygulama içinde iletilecektir. Değişikliklerin yürürlüğe girmesinden sonra kullanmaya devam etmeniz, güncellenmiş Koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
Bu Koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir. Bu Koşullardan veya Uygulamayı kullanımınızdan kaynaklanan tüm uyuşmazlıklar, ikamet ettiğiniz yerdeki zorunlu tüketici koruma haklarınıza halel getirmeksizin, Türkiye mahkemelerinde çözülür.
