This Privacy Policy describes how Stokita ("we", "our", or "the App") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our iOS application. By using Stokita, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Account information: When you sign in with Apple, we receive a unique Apple identifier, your email address (which may be a private relay address provided by Apple), and your full name if you choose to share it.
Business data you create: Products, product images, variants, categories, customers, orders, invoices, suppliers, expenses, inventory records, and any notes or tasks you add to the App. You own this data.
Organization data: Company name, preferred currency, team members you invite, and their roles.
Subscription data: If you purchase a subscription, we receive subscription status (active, expired, plan tier) from RevenueCat and Apple. We do not receive or store your payment card or bank details; all payments are processed by Apple.
Device permissions: With your explicit permission, the App may use your camera (for barcode scanning and product photos) and your photo library (to attach existing photos to products). These media are processed on your device and uploaded only when you save them to a product.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not profile you.
Your data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure:
Data is transmitted over HTTPS using TLS encryption. Authentication tokens are stored securely in the iOS Keychain on your device.

We keep your data as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from the Settings screen in the App. When you delete your account, we permanently remove your personal profile and revoke access. If you are the sole admin of an organization, you must delete the organization first (this removes all business data including products, orders, customers, invoices, expenses, and team members).

Stokita is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated in-App when possible.

Cihaz izinleri: Açık izninizle Uygulama kameranızı (barkod tarama ve ürün fotoğrafları için) ve fotoğraf kütüphanenizi (mevcut fotoğrafları ürünlere eklemek için) kullanabilir. Bu medyalar cihazınızda işlenir ve yalnızca bir ürüne kaydettiğinizde yüklenir.

Hesabınızı sildiğinizde kişisel profiliniz kalıcı olarak kaldırılır. Bir organizasyonun tek yöneticisi iseniz, önce organizasyonu silmeniz gerekir (bu, tüm ürünler, siparişler, müşteriler, faturalar, giderler ve ekip üyeleri dahil tüm işletme verilerini kaldırır).
